Holders typically receive fee discounts, access to platform launches, and exposure to periodic buyback-and-burn programs funded by exchange revenue, which reduce supply over time and tie the token's trajectory to the commercial performance of the exchange itself.

The bull and bear case for GT

The case for GT is straightforward: a profitable centralized exchange generating consistent fee income, recycling part of it into supply reduction, and extending into its own smart-contract layer to broaden utility. The case against is concentration. A single operating entity controls the flywheel, so proof-of-reserves transparency, jurisdictional and regulatory exposure typical of offshore exchanges, and any hit to platform trust or volumes flow straight through to the token. There is no decentralized backstop if the business falters.
